Our work aims to create a multiplier effect

For our first two batches of investees combined:

• For each 1 Rupee we have provided in funding, each investee has on average raised or earned a further 3 Rupees – that’s a 300% increase
• Each of our investee projects has, on average, created 1.6 new jobs in the economy
• Our support has led to significant increases in confidence (141%), focus (115%), communication (138%) and leadership skills (112%) for our investees
• Our investees have won a number of national-level awards in India including: CNN-IBN Hero award, MTV Youth Icon, National Child Health Award, Sankalp Award, Karmveer Award, and FYSE Fellowship
