  • Pooja Warier

    Pooja is co-founder and Director of UnLtd India and Journeys for Change. Previously she worked with a range of organisations and initiatives like the World Social Forum & M.V. Foundation. She has a MA in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.

  • Richard Alderson

    Richard is the co-founder and Director of UnLtd India and Journeys for Change. Previously, he worked as a consultant with UnLtd in the UK, and management and technology consultant with IBM. He has also been a teacher and journalist in Japan, an environmental researcher in Tanzania and a monk's assistant in India. Richard holds a degree in Management Science from Warwick University and has completed further studies in social entrepreneurship at INSEAD.

  • Amina Ali

    Amina Mohamad Ali has recently moved to Mumbai after completing her MBA at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. Previously, Amina set up Claytopia, Bangalore's first ceramic arts studio and also worked in the corporate banking division of Bank Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. She has joined UnLtd as a Level 2 Associate wherein she will play an active role in scouting for new investees and providing ongoing support to existing investees at the Level 2 stage of their engagement with UnLtd. Additionally, she will work closely with the Expert Panel to help enhance the value derived from these meetings – both for the investees as well as the panelists.

  • Swati Mankar

    Swati Mankar, Operations Manager, joined UnLtd India in 2008. Previously, she worked with non-profits including Care-India, Cehat and YUVA in Mumbai. She has completed her graduation in Economics from Mumbai University.

  • Ravistan Anthony

    Ravistan Anthony joined UnLtd India team as Finance Manager in Oct, 2009. Prior to that, he worked at various NGOs in the field of Accounts and Finance. Ravistan has completed his MBA in Finance from YCMOU, Nashik, he also holds a Master Degree in Commerce, a degree in law from Mumbai University and also completed his M.A. in Human Rights.

  • Alex Baine

    Alex is part of the UnLtd India team running the Bombay HUB, a collaborative workspace for people contributing to social change. Previously, Alex worked in research, fundraising, communications and events management at a number of NGOs in the UK. In 2006 he worked at a tribal rights organisation in Tamil Nadu, India, where he provided support in the areas of fundraising, communications and documentation. Alex holds a degree in International Studies from Leeds University.

  • Ben Losman

    Ben is UnLtd India's communications specialist. He is exploring marketing and media strategies that plant stories of changemaking in every segment of society. In 2008, Ben joined Ashoka’s Youth Venture India team to lead a partnership with Seeds of Peace, an organization dedicated to empowering young people from South Asia and the Middle East to overcome conflict through dialogue and coexistence. Originally from Washington, DC Ben graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in marketing, international business, and Spanish.

  • Rohini Jog

    Rohini Jog is the marketing consultant of the HUB. Previously, Rohini has worked with several social ventures like Maya Organic and not-for-profits like Inter Aide and iVolunteer. Rohini has an M.B.A. with a marketing specialisation and a strong business development background due to her corporate experience as head of Business Development with Kidstuff, the promotional arm of Mudra Communications.

  • Anselm Chettiar

    Anselm is HUB host, charged with creating a positive, collaborative environment for members. He completed his Business Management at St. Andrews College and IT Diploma from NIIT. Before the HUB, Anselm worked in Dubai doing marketing and event management. He has also provided social media consulting to investee organization Grassroutes.

  • Roshan D'Souza

    Roshan is a Level 1 Associate. He provides face-to-face support to Level 1 investees, connecting them with the resources they need to achieve maximum impact. Roshan has been a teacher at Don Bosco High School, has done marketing for Times of India, and has worked with investee organization Grassroutes on product development, and sales. Roshan graduated in Business management from St.Andrews College, Bandra and post graduate in journalism and communication from KC College. At present, he is pursuing part-time MBA from the Institute of Technology and Management.

  • Pip Dudrah

    Pip is a project manager for UnLtd India. She has 10 years experience in the corporate sector in the UK, focusing on business process optimisation and project management in the IT industry. Having left the industry in Dec 2009 in search of a more meaningful career, she is working for Unltd India as a project manager. An avid amateur photographer, she is also Unltd India and The HUB's resident photographer!

  • Rupesh Shah

    Rupesh D. Shah is UnLtd India's US coordinator and the Director of Corporate Sustainability at Intuit. As Director of Corporate Sustainability, Rupesh has led a wide-variety of initiatives including new products and partnerships, conducting detailed environmental assessments, developing corporate-wide sustainability goals, and increasing the transparency of our efforts. Rupesh has a MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BA from the University of California, San Diego.

  • Helen Vigors

    Helen is UnLtd India's European Coordinator. Having graduated from Trinity College, Oxford (B.A.Hons., M.A.) and the University of Perugia Helen completed a diploma with the Royal Society of Art/Christies Education and continued to work in the furniture departments for Christies', Asprey and The Victoria and Albert Museum.  She subsequently moved to The National Trust as Researcher and then became Historic Building Representative (Thames and Chilterns, East Anglia) and then Curator (Interiors).  In 2002 she moved to The World Monuments Fund to work on a project jointly funded by UNESCO in northern Argentina and then in 2006 continued to work in architectural conservation projects in India.  During her 3 years spent in Bombay she also became CEO of the Mithu Alur Foundation, a subsidiary of ADAPT (formerly The Spastic Society of India) becoming one of the founding members. The aim of the project is to develop an inclusive village model to be replicated all over India where education, healthcare, medical care, empowerment of women and the disabled through livelihood will be combined.  Helen has since moved to Hamburg with her husband and 2 children.
