"I'm kind of a hero right now, both with my son and my nieces and nephews," Panelist Suman Srivastava, modestly boasts.  Suman is the CEO of EuroRSCG.  During his Panel experience, he coached Nikita Ketkar of Masoom on her work within the night schools of Bombay. He was so deeply inspired by Masoom's potential that he developed a relationship with the organisation.  Now, leveraging his influence from within the private sector, he advocates for Masoom, working to change the laws that are the key to improving night school education. "Most NGO's...want to do more.  A gray-head like me can help...prioiritise what is more important." Aashu Calapa, president of HR and India country manager for Firstsource, had a parallel experience.  By serving as a Panelist, Aashu became an important ally of Pooja Taparia, whose organisation, Arpan, is breaking ground in the prevention of child sexual abuse.
