Beghar Adhikar Abhiyan aims to provide livelihoods to homeless people in Mumbai and also addresses the issue of identity by helping procure ration cards. The organisation is currently helping to develop a paper bag business to employ the homeless.

Brijesh has worked with Salam Balak trust and Saathi on various issues for the homeless in Mumbai. Seeing the atrocities meted out to them and lack of livelihood opportunities stirred him to work with these people.
