Our vision is to be able to help more social entrepreneurs pan India. We aim to help scale 1000+ entrepreneurs by 2025. This will be by providing them coaching, office space, knowledge, networks and funder connections.

As the Founder of Navikru Eco Foundation, working with children on sustainability education and environmental solutions, I joined UnLtd India's Incubation Programme seeking clarity and direction. Many rural women in marginalized communities rely on informal lending systems, which often lead to high-interest debt traps and financial instability. At Make a Change, our mission is to help these women become self-reliant, by strengthening their livelihoods, improving financial literacy, and connecting them to formal banking systems. UnLtd India's program was eye-opening and transformational for both me and the organization. It helped me better understand legal and compliance requirements, improve our operational processes, and strengthen our ability to measure social impact. The Bedia community in Neemuch and Ashoknagar districts of Madhya Pradesh faces a deeply entrenched social issue, caste-based prostitution, where girls are denied education and pushed into sex work at a very young age due to long-standing social and economic pressures. Addressing this required more than just intent; it demanded structured action. UnLtd India's program gave Janshwari exactly that. Through the program, we were able to strengthen the work of our Dignity Centers, spaces that focus on providing education, improving mental health, and creating a safe and supportive environment for children, helping them pursue alternative futures. The program also sharpened our approach to supporting women who were pushed into sex work during adolescence, by helping us build clearer pathways for dignity, empowerment, and alternative livelihoods. Beyond the operational frameworks, UnLtd India helped us think more strategically about gradually changing the social conditions that sustain these practices.
